Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy:

We at Naturalved try our best to deliver the best products to our customers, but in rare cases, if you find the product unsatisfactory, you can ask for a refund if:

  1. Product(s) delivered do not match your order.
  2. Product(s) received has been expired.
  3. Product(s) is Damaged during the Transit.

Returns are subject to the Following Conditions:

  1. You can place a return request only within 2 days of the day of delivery. After that no request will be considered.
  2. Partially Used/Open products cannot be returned.
  3. Batch number of the product being returned should match as that of the Delivered Product.
  4. Original sales invoice has to be returned for processing returns and refunds.
  5. Items being returned should only be in their original manufacturer’s packaging i.e. with labels, bar-code.

Return Process:

  • After the order is delivered to you, you can see a Return button on the Order section of your Naturalved Account for the next 2 days. Click on it, Then select the reason for your reason request, describe it briefly in the next section and attach images of the product related to your query with it.

Alternatively, you can mail us at [email protected] with the brief reason for your issue and images of the product related to your query.

  • Our Team will verify your request within the 48 hours from the time of your return request.
  • After our Team find your request genuine. we will mail you or get back to you through a call or both.

Refund Process

After we receive the returned product if we have asked for you to return, the refund will be completed within 5 days of the date of delivery of the returned product to us (if we asked you to return it) or of the date of return request approval (if we don’t ask for the product to be returned).

  • Payment done through Naturalved wallet will be refunded in the wallet only.
  • Payment done online will be refunded through the same payment method as used during the purchase.
  • For COD orders, payment will be refunded either through Paytm, UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay or in your bank account.
